A&E recommends the use of a sunscreen/ environment protection lotion of a minimum spf 35+, that also contains anti-oxidants, every day to prevent melanoma.
It is also important to apply a physician grade Vitamin C topically to your face every morning for serious anti- oxidant protection of the immune system.
We recommend medical grade products that are plant based and natural skin care products that are less likely to cause irritation. Our tops picks for suncreens are: Intellishade SPF 45 Tinted Moisturizer, by Revision Skincarl or MultiProtection SPF 50, or Enviroprotect sunscreen for men, by Rohonda Allison. For the best topical Vitmanin C we recommend using Vitamin C 15% or 30% by Revision Skin Care.
